After searching the threads, I found only a similar question about a dana 27 and wanted to know if the same is true for the 25 with spicer joints.
In the graphic from the FSM i noticed 3 pieces, 2 of which my axle doesn't have. Thrust washer, axle pilot, and oil seal. I can see inside the axle tube, what appears to be a bronze like bushing - similar to the spindle bushing. However, there was no oil seal or thrust washer when i took it apart.
    (1) should i have these three things?
    (2) how do i replace them, if at all?

My '61 cj5 is in a million pieces right now, and the axle gears are good, so i have no intention of taking the case apart. So if that's the only way to get to these, i guess the bushing in there now is going to stay and without an oil seal.
