Do you mean the piece that bolts to the floor, or the piece that bolts to the seat? I don't think either is available anymore. My Jeep had the floor part but not the seat part that engages the hinges so I fabricated my own out of 1.5" angle and some rod. I'm using a nonfolding lowback and it still tilts forward but doesn't fold like original. Still gives me access to the toolbox, and the hinge rods are notched so I can pull the seat out when at full forward tilt.

The 64 had a tubular seat frame with springs attached. Then horsehair padding over
the springs and covered with vinyl. At least thats what mine had, and they were original.
If your frames and springs are solid, you can have them re-upholstered,if money is
no problem..Mine were rusted beyond repair...

If you could use a used one contact Russell. Type in "Generation Jeep" on the internet. He may have a good used one. He is in Cairo, Georgia.

My frames were solid, but the springs and everything else were trash. I spent five hundred on having the pair restored, but it was worth every penny. I have severe osteoporisis and feel every bump and ripple in the road. I specified that I wanted them as close to the seat assembly on a D-7 as possible and the jeep takes bumps more comfortably than my bride's 06 Xterra.

I have the original Drivers Seat and Seat Frame with springs and whole works. However, I do not have a passanger seat/seat frame at all....nothing. And was looking to buy one if they were available. I have checked out walks and everything out there that Im aware of and no one has a passanger side seat frame for a 1964 CJ5.

Also try the big Jeep yards in California - J&W near Sacramento and Scotty's in Fontana.

You could advertise on the Willystech parts board - http://www.willystech.com/parts/board.shtml - you are most likely to find them there.
