Speedo Cluster Signal connection

I have what looks to be a aftermarket speedo that has arrows at the 9 and 3 oclock position and was wondering if they are for turn signals or maybe just hazards? I don't really see how to connect turn signals to the cluster so I'm figuring it's for hazards or something.

What is the Aux wire on the cluster supposed to do? it's tied to the cluster lights so I'm unsure.

I just took out the dash and cut out all the wiring in place for my ezwire kit that showed up is why I ask...

 

They are for turn signals. On my 62 truck, I tapped into the turn signal harness under the dash and ran the necessary wires up to the signal indicator lights on the speedometer.

Many CJ clusters (later) have arrows on the face of the speedo for turn signals and will flash with the hazards as well if wired correctly.

 

Those arrows are stock turn signal indicators for the ~76+ models. I'm not sure about the AUX wire.

 

Here is a pic from another post that is identical to the rear of mine. I can't see where to hook up turn or hazards to it... I'll try to get a pic of the front of the cluster this weekend....to help hopefully.

 

The cluster you have in the above pic. does not have the provisions for turn signal indicators. That looks like an early speedometer back. The one I have in my 62 truck came from a1977 cj and it has the turn signal indicators in it.

 

That's correct. If his (showmeguy) has the green arrows on the face, then it will not relate to the speedo above.
