Speedometer guage Questions?

I just picked this spedometer cluster up on ebay for $25.85, that shipping included! I need info on how to hook it up now. Thanks!

Thanks! Where does the oil pressure line connect? isnt it mechanical?

On mine (i believe its standard) it isnt a "gauge", so not mechanical, there is a pressure switch (just like your brake light pressure switch) that just tells you if you have low pressure... just a warning light.

Sorry! I ment the Water temp! where does that connect...isnt their a line that goes screws into the guage, as well as the fuel level?

Also, I have had my 64 converted to 12v. Is this going to be a problem for this spedometer cluster since they were originally 6v systems?

Are you 100% sure, because prior owner says mine was converted to 12v and it is a 1964 cj5. I am not sure that is why I am asking...not saying that you are wrong becuase I do not know:driving:It also had vaccume wipers untill converted. Also the fuel pump was replaced by myself and it was the vaccume type as well......??

 

Thanks! I shouldent have any problems then. In what year did they drop to 6v?
