Throw out Bearing wobble.

Need some help on this one. Is there any clearence limits between the T-O bearing and the out put shaft? The one with the new clutch has .040" between bearing and shaft, but thats only half what the Borg&Beck T-O bearing had. Which is a little over .080". NAPA also sent me home with a short T-O bearing,1 3/8" tall. The one that came with it is 2". Which one do I use? Using hydrolic clutch if that matters when it comes to these 2 bearings. Any help appreciated. Duke
