What do you guys think about aftermarket front bumpers? Half my right front is gone and left side is bent. Getting ready to send frame to get sanblasted and powder coated and need to get something mounted to the front. I was looking at some of the OEM replacements but also found a real simple aftermarket on ebay thats nice.

    <a href="http://s954.photobucket.com/albums/ae29/endl_bucket/?action=view&current=CJ5Bumper.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i954.photobucket.com/albums/ae29/endl_bucket/CJ5Bumper.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Looks like orgianl shape but witha little more substance. I think the top tab would mount to the front horns, or even be welded in place. I also have a Koenig wince that needs to mount to it.

I had looked at his stuff (he has several versions for front and rear) and wondered if anyone had tried any of them. The prices look pretty decent.

The one pictured above is $153 + $39 for shipping.

    Here is his store: http://stores.shop.ebay.com/TheDirtworx__W0QQ_armrsZ1

Anybody have any experience or reviews on his stuff?

I'd ask the guy how heavy the metal is that he used for bumper material.....1/8"-3/16" and it would seem like a good enough deal

    ps....I made my rear bumper out of 1 1/2" x 4" x 3/16" tube, very stout
