I have a few inches of lift and a tremendous increase in wheel travel. I'd like to keep the oem brake line configuration. Has anybody found longer brake hoses (frame to axle) that is readily available and simple to install?

Depends on your application. (What is it we are talking about)?
Afew weeks ago I got some longer lines for my 3B, all stock lines for a later model Jeep that worked for my 2" lift.
Start with what year of Jeep/model you have.

It's a stock cj3a frame with stock frame brake lines. I have Herms duece MC kit on the way. I have 11X2" drums on a 72 CJ rear D44. The front is pretty off beat. It's a narrowed scout D44 with chevy flat top knuckles and disc brakes. I figure that I will end up making hard lines for the axles. I already have some trick flex lines for the front steer section. They were left over from another project. I also planned to make my own brackets for the T-blocks to bolt to the top of the diff cover and axle tube.

What were the lines originally from that you got?

This search might help, I think in the past the answer was Ford truck lines had the same ends but longer. At any rate a good parts man can take your current linse and look up an aplication with the same ends and a longer hose.

My problem was the front lines being too short.
Ended up using the same line that is used to go from the frame to rear diff.
Just took a few minutes looking in the parts book at the local Jeep parts place.

Go to your local parts house that makes hydraulic hose fittings etc for big rigs, tractors, so on. Ask if they make DOT brake hoses, they can fab em up. I just had 2 26" long ones made up for my VW at $35 for both... When I bought new longer ones for the Jeep from NAPA, they were that for one. May be worth some searching. It can be done
