I have a 1954 M38A1 that I am restoring to a 1955 CJ-5 style, and I need help on making a mounting template for a complete 1957 heater/ defroster assembly the box unit that bolts to the fire wall on the driver's side, I would like a paper or cardboard trace of the firewall top to bottom of firewall driver's side so I can properly trace and cut the proper holes to mount this assembly. any help would be great. Thank you Mike

    Wrong side Patrick.

Driver's side on the outside of the firewall is the stock location for a factory heater. Dealer installed units were often under the dash on the passenger's side.
