What do you call this (support brace)? Where can you get it?

What specifically is the support brace that is under the floor called and where can I get replacement parts (or parts that work just as good)? I'm thinking this is one of the first things that rust out on a jeep. I've never seen them in great condition.

And looking under the floor, at the support brace:

It is called hat channel. The best reproduction supplier is Classic Enterprises. What they sell will be close, but may require a little rework for the body mounting bolt locations.
Classic Enterprises also sells floor pan patch panels that you appear to need as well.

I have a '63 CJ-6. Surprisingly, this jeep has less rust than my '76.

Now, in case this changes anything...I'm looking to replace the part, but I don't need an exact replica. I'm not restoring it into its original condition. (It'll be for medium trail use.) So, is there a cheap alternative that works well? (As opposed to the $170+S&H from Classic Enterprises for their Floor Supports) I doubt there will be.

    Thanks for your answers!

The PO of my 74 just used some metal stock with the same dimensions that he had bought at a welding store. The lip has to be 3/4" or 5/8" or something. Worked great. I got a bunch of 2"x2" galvanized box. like 30 feet that I use for various things. I cut it with an angle grinder into the exact size. You get 2 feet of c channel out of every foot of box steel after you cut it to size, just don't breath that stuff in. It sucks welding on your back, but you can slide the pieces in and do a good job if you try. One of the jeeps advertised around here claimed the owned used angle iron sub framing. Can't imagine how he did it, but I bet it'd probably never rust out again.
