Installing Oil Bath Air Filter

    I want to install the original oil bath air filter on my 225:v6:. It has two 'ports(?)' coming out of it. From photos I've been able to find, the top one connects with a hose to the driver side valve cover. Is the other one supposed to go to anything?

    The FSM I have shows one outlet going to the valve cover ( intake air for PCV system ) and another going to an air pump ( emission control )
