Hi My Tcase Leaks oil out the the shaft seal . I put a rebuild kit in with national seals. And it still leaks. So I replaced the seal again with a wear sleeve on the yoke being carefull not to damage the seal or install to far. It still leaks. Any sugestions? Thanks

You could put in two of the thinner seals. Make sure you are using double lipped seals. I used National seals, I'll have to look up the number.

I used two seals and the readi sleeve, I have NO leaks.

Just so I read you right you did:
    1) replaced the seal
    2) put a speedy sleeve on the yoke

dang - that usually cures the leak!
I'm assuming you put a thin bead of sealant around the outer edge of the seal before you installed it (?).
I replaced a seal in my D18 and forgot to seal the outer edge and it leaked between the seal and case. Maybe try to clean it up as best you can and let it sit overnite. See if you can get a visual on where it is really leaking.

Did you put some sealant on the splines of the output shaft? They have a habit of leaking through the splines, even when the nut is torqued down correctly.
