Have a drive line shop rebuild it, thay can put a new slip and stub on your old tube.

I had seen some new purchases were $300-350 online. I'm not sure if I have a driveline shop in central michigan...you think I would but nothing comes to mind...

I had a machine shop re do my drive shaft. THey ended up being more expensive than a brand new tom woods shaft. THey are very reasonable, and I'd encourage you to call them for and estimate first.

I had a heavy duty front drive shaft built for $145 here in Dallas. The rear was $250 but that included the CV joint and rear yoke for the dana 20.
