Nice lookin bar. Just curious, but why shed 40 instead of DOM? Cost isn't a ton different.

Thanks for the advice. I decided that I will be having my BIL doing the welding. I can fab and grind all day long but the art of welding is not part of my talents at this point.

Nice cage. How do you like that flat stock bender tool? I have seen them in the catalogs but wasnt sure if it were worth it. I have since decided to get a press brake to go on my shop press.

It worked ok. I didn't have instructions so I over/under bent the first bracket. Other than that and I can only bend 4" or less it worked good. My guess it will only do about up to 3/8". I think half would over power the cylinder.

Here are some pics out of the jeep and with the seat brackets in.

I was bent and rusted and looked bad. I actually have a subframe under the wheel wells you can't see in any of the pictures that I will be bolting to in lieu of the bent plate just to the body thing.

    A few more.....

The great gray boat anchor. JK. It is amazing how a little gray primer brings out the defects in your welds. I decided sunday afernoon to tackle it myself. I got some great looking welds and some not so great looking welds. Servicable comes to mind.
