splines on lug stripped!?!

    Go to the flaps and see if they have a wheel stud with slightly larger outer dia. on the splines so it'll press tight into the hub...

    The splines in the hub aren't really splines. The stud is knurled and the hub is softer than the stud. As you press the stud in, it displaces the metal in the hub and forms the "splines". You can find a stud with a slightly larger knurl and press that in. If your hole is too eccentric, you are better off reaming it round and then pushing in the stud. If the hole is not too bad, you can red loctite it or tack weld. If the hole is really bad, it can be repaired , but it takes some time and effort.

    Yes, it is knurled on. The splines, that is.
