While searching the Tech Library about a FF kit, I ran across the DIY thread. I was able to pick up a D27A & D44 for next to nothing. Machining the spindles to fit the D44 is no problem.
Big question is the bore of the D27 spindles. Does R&P or Herm or anybody else, sell axle shafts with that 19 spline & 27 spline for this application? Or should I try to find someone to make them as the thread shows? If they do, will I need to bore the spindles?:?

Check with Herm - he has a couple different sets of axle shafts that might work, or be able to give you some good ideas.

Herm is selling them. R&P was but the cost was too high to compete so they are now selling Herm's kit.
