    OK, maybe I was exaggerating a bit on the temp you get my drift. Frozen Gas lines suck anyone with a diesel knows these sleeves are a godsend. Much better to run a inverter off my batteries to the block heater/line sleeve(the inverter has a shutoff when it reaches low voltage that will allow you to crank the truck over) then to have someone come out and douse the thing with either killing the batteries over and over until it starts.
