Novak 225 mounts

I am pulling my 225 out to replace the existing motor mounts. The PO had done the swap and the welds and placement are ugly.

Has anyone installed or have a CJ2a with these mounts or maybe recommend something else? I was thinking of going with these, they seem well thought out.:v6:

I'm partial to the factory V6 frame mounts found on donor CJ5/CJ6 frames.
I'm no expert, but I would expect there have to be some rusted out frames with mounts still attached out there....
if time is no problem, I'd search for some.
that's my opinion.

 

I used them in my CJ6 350 engine swap.
Went in fast.
Bolt them to engine. and the use a C clamp to hold the other half to the frame, This lets you adjust for a perfict fit. Then you drill the holes for the rubber mount.
I will be using them in my CJ3A.

I think I will go with them. The mounts that are in it now are from a CJ5 I believe and are kinda crappy looking. thanks
