aftermarket heater pics please.

    I put a 5/8 nipple in mine, so I could run 5/8 heater hose. You should probably wait and see if yours had a plug or a nipple or ??

    once again.
    sound advice.
    i am thinking of ordering the heater/vents/switch and going to town and buying the hoses and fittings.

    No problem at all.
    I used the existing holes in the firewall for the heater hoses (doesn't matter what order, warm water goes into the core, then comes out) the air vent tubes & directional vents come with the heater unit along with the mounting brackets & 3 speed switch. I mounted the vents under the dash directly in front of my shifter, there is no interfearance and I can direct the hot air flow in any direction and the three speed fan is great. With the soft top on, the unit cooks up in no time at all. I also had a pretty chopped-up dash, so here's a shot of how I dealt with it. Added an aluminum panel and additional gauges, then arrainged to suit.

    True that for sure, those babies sure did take up a lot of room. I still have that old heater setup,, interested? It'll be cheap!

    that cant be Minnesota.
    there is actually some melted ice on the ground!R)
