Transfer case cracks. need opinions

I'd jump on that T-18 for the adapter and output shaft alone regardless what they are from. New aftermarket ones start around $450 for the kit.

 

Well I looked at the t-18/d20 combo last night. The input shaft on the tranny is very long, PTO access on the drivers side of tranny, the transfer case single lever shifter is mounted way forward and the transfer case fill plug is on the back (would be blocked when converted to model 18 arrangement, thanks Nickmil). It has been sitting out and although we do not get that much rain the input shaft and tranny shift lever will not move. Not needing another tranny, not being able to verify that it is a wide ratio and the fill plug being in the back I passed on it and bought the one I posted pictures on.

So thanks guys, I am back to rebuilding a transfer case.

Nickmil I know I should probably go buy the t-18/d10 combo but at the moment I don't need the distraction. It isn't going anywhere, he has had it for a while and not actively trying to sell.
