I’ve never heard of that for a Dana 27, or 25 for that matter.
You could do a tie rod flip which would put the tie rod and drag link above the knuckle steering arm instead of below it but I’ve never seen a steering arm that replaces the king pin & cap.

I did this on my D27and it was a pretty easy flip. I ended up getting a kit with the sleeves and tapered reamer. I got mine from OK4WD. Prior to doing the flip when my Jeep was really twisted my steering would bind up on the leaf springs. This flip almost completely eliminated this.

I did a high steer type thing in a 25 out of a Station Wagon. My kingpin cap was nice and flat on top so I just used a piece of bar stock and some longer grade 8 bolts to attach the arm on top of the kingpin cap. I wheeled and drove it for about 2 years and never had the bolts loosen or anything act up. Here is a pict that shows it a little bit. The lower tierod wasn't bent like it appears.

The axle was a Station Wagon dana 25 with 5.38 gears and a welded diff, the disk brakes were from a CJ dana 30 I just used eveything from the spindle out bolted to the 25 knuckles (it was that simple, no grinding that I remember). Tires were 35/15/15 TSLs in the picture I also ran 35/12.50 ATs most of the time.
