Radiator recore

    I got my 46 radiator recored plus they moved the lower connection to the right side for the V-6 and installed a car size filler neck. All for $375.00. Sound like a good deal?

    Damn good deal. I paid $75 to have the outlet moved, and IIRC another $75 to have mine rodded out.

    They quoted me over $450 just for a re-core. But that was when copper was way high compared to now.

    Sound about right - a recore is basically a new rad with your old tanks - my custom 4 core was $365 a year and a half ago and I supplied the tanks for the new Rad.
