ubolts and spring plates?

    i got a superlift 2.5 inch lift and when i install the u bolts onto the spring plates they are not straight . it is because the plates are not wide enough for the springs . is it ok to run it like this or do i need new spring plates . If i do need new spring plates who sells them that are wide enough for superlift springs . thanks

    I had to drill out a hole or two in my plates for the Rancho lift - but not much. How wide do the springs measure?

    they are 1 3/4 inch
