STD-F head piston rings- got any extras?

    While installing rings on the last piston on my f head rebuild I broke the second ring- crapola!!

    Do you know of a supplier that sells rings as a piston set, not as an engine set? I'm looking for middle ring (notched on outside of ring)- STD size.
    I guess I'll have some extras after buying another complete engine set, unless I can find a supplier for one set. I bought them from Walcks so I'll be calling him to see if he has any "broken" engine sets.

    Sorry to hear that. I had that happen when rebuilding the Yota motor and boy that is the worst thing to happen. I feel your pain. They should include at least one spare set to help the builder, because it happens.
