Ok - I'm still trying to figure out what's going on with my electrical system. I know I asked before but I'm still having problems. I rewired the whole thing and ended up putting on a new stock alternator and just bought a new voltage regulator for it. I'm looking at the wiring diagram in my Haynes book and am not sure what I should do because the colors don't match. My alternator has a red terminal, a black terminal, a two prong plug, and two plain posts. My voltage regulator has 4 wires; green, black, orange, and yellow. I've got the green and black wires run to the two prong plug and I have the red terminal run to the hot side of the solenoid. When I bought the Jeep the PO had the yellow wire also run to the hot side of the solenoid and the orange wasn't attached to anything. What do I need to do to make this thing charge correctly? Thanks for your help
