My heater gave up on me and I am replacing it with a Heatercraft. I am having a difficult time finding a way to pull it out. Before the commando I had a FJ55 Landcruiser and there were four-six bolts to remove and it essentially fell out and could be removed.

    Any pointers/tips on removing it?

    Thanks

Pretty easy to remove. There's four studs come through the firewall, three right around where the hoses attach, the fourth about dead center of the firewall. 7/16th nuts, may or may not be a drain hose attached below the hose connections, inside just the cables for the heat, defrost valves and the hoses for the air intake and to the defroster ducts. There's a drain hose you'll need to remove that goes between the air intake plenum and the right kick panel, held on with one hose clamp.
