My timing gear went i think (134f)

I believe my timing gear let go on my 134f head. All of a sudden it sputtered and the exhaust got louder and it stopped running. I took off the distributor cap and the rotor isn't turning when i hit the starter but i can see the crank turning. It sounds a lot freer when its turning now too.(no load) I hope its just the timing gear on the cam. Any thoughts?

It was running great before this happened.
