Since I am still waiting for my directional signal switch (ordered last monday from walcks...10 days and nothing so far), I decided to check around see if there was anything else I should probably look into. I have found that the E-Brake will not move, for anything. It is completely locked into place, and I have no idea where to start to even think about fixing it. Any recommendations guys? If ya need pics of anything, let me know, I can crawl under there and snap off a few.

    Is the cable rusted solid?

Here is what I did to get my E-brake working that is on the back of the transfer case. First I took it off and cleaned everything, and made sure the adjusting nut was working. Then I had the shoes relined (or buy new ones if needed) at a brake shop and had them clean up (turn them like normal brake drum) the brake drum. This is just like rebuilding a regular hydraulic brake drum assembly except this Ebrake is mechanical. I re-assembled everything per/the factory manual and made sure my cable was good and the pull handle on the dash was working fine. Works like new, just clean and replace worn parts to make it work. The E-brake on the transfer case is just in a bad spot for picking up trash and stuff and if your transfer case leaks oil then it will pick all sorts of dirt and stuff. So, if you are in there make sure you’re out put seal is not leaking. Oh, and first things first, get a copy of a factory repair manual. I hope I explained this okay?
