Help tighten my Carb!

    My F- Head carb is loose and 2 screws are mounted underneath the carb adapter and the other is on top.

    Can you post a pic of the tool you used to tighten them:coffee:

    You may be able to get at them with an Offset Screwdriver, If they keep working loose you may have to pull the carb and install new lockwashers.

    Thats assuming you have a Carter YF, you mentioned an adapter? what carb do you have.

    The adapter is stock looking (cast iron) and the carb is a 1 barrel.
    The offset screw driver hits on the valve cover:(

    It's fairly easy to just remove the entire assembly from the two studs on the cylinder head. Then check out the carb and tighten it up, on the bench.
