Need a hi-amp 1-wire Alt for Ford V-8 5.0 or info on wiring stock alt into Jeep CJ

    Seems the one the guy at Jegs sold me is Mustang GT specific, meaning it works on a serpentine belt configuration which is reverse rotation and will not work on my standard 5.0 EFI.:(
    So, can anyone recommend a good 100 amp or higher 1 wire alt with the 6 groove pully for this aplication? Part numbers and source would be a huge help.

    Alternatively, can anyone tell me how to wore the stock alt which I still have into the 80 CJ-5 wiring harness untill I can find a 1-wire? I really am drooling to get this baby on the road and trails, and this is about the only problem standing in my way.
    The engine is an '86 5.0 EFI out of a Crown Vic.

    Never Mind, guys,,,
    just ordered a Jegs 10126 1-wire, tech rep assures me this is the right alt for my aplication.
