I recently changed the cylinder head on my F134 and gasket. It was smoking white when engine first started after setting. Now the jeep seems to burn oil alot more than before. the head was not new just one lying around. Could there possibly be something with the head causing the motor to now burn oil for the first time. what could be boing on? Doug

may have a better seal @ the valves that in turn uped the compression and put more stress on the rings, may have issues with the replacement head, have you ran a compression check?
