I guess the majority has spoken! lol..

    My plan:

    - keep it stock
    - frame-off, clean, paint with rustproofer
    - open, clean and reseal drive train and axles (are these things notorious for leaking?)
    - rebuild existing brakes
    - run all new brake lines
    - run all new fuel line
    - Run all new wiring

    Mods:
    - redo tub to fill firewall holes
    - Herculiner the tub.. (whaddaya think?)
    - add turn signals!
    - add windshield wipers
    - add roll bar
    - add ebrake (is this possible?)
    - redo dash (can I get a blank one?)
    - redo dash with some working guages
--- Speedo (want to go aftermarket, might need help locating one)
    --- Tach
--- Temps (oil, water, tranny, OD)
    --- Oil pressure
    --- Battery
--- Fuel level (might need help with this one as well)

    - Redo dash with necessary buttons
    --- Key lock
    --- button ignition
    --- parking lights
    --- KC's
    --- rear KC's
    --- headlamps

Well.. there you have it!.. any more suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.. I'm open to those "while you're redoing this, you should do this.." suggestions as well.. just don't want to go overboard, no matter how much I want to.. and this place has already became one of my favorites!

Shane, looks like you have a good plan. Most of it is a matter of choice. I'm not big on herculiner on the interior. Scratches will make it look old pretty fast. I'm partial to painted floors. Since you're in AZ floor mats or carpet pieces should work since they won't have much moisture to trap.

Adding a e-brake won't be a problem. It's just a small drum on the back of the TC.

I believe both Walck's and Herm carry a complete used e-brake assembly.
