Fiberglass hardtop

    Does anyone have any experience with a hardtop supposedly made for the early CJ5 with doors that looks like these? Anyone know who might have made it?

    The rest of the top looks pretty much like your average fiberglass hardtop.

    Did you ever find out any more info about this top, or do you happen to have any pics of said top mounted on the Jeep?

    And if you never found out anything, does anyone have any info to share!

    From what i recall i think acme made fiberglass tops. Not sure about others

    There was one called the Tank Top that looked similar to that. Although it most commonly has the doors hinged in the back, suicide-style.

    Nope, never investigated it much further. The picture is from a top that was for sale, but I didn't end up buying it (I probably should have).

    x2 on this guy being full of BS. If you see his cj pulling out the concrete truck out of the ditch he says it is 66000 lbs. That truck is a tandem axle and legally can only haul 51000 full loaded, and there is no mud on the tires. whatever.
