 Well - not technically, but that's what the ramps measure! R)

Just finished 'em. No more just barely getting under the Jeep on the creeper.

Sheesh...You'd have had more fun doing it like mine is set up....I can crawl under it with no ramps at all. LOL

BTW those look good. Do they try and run away like my sheetmetal ones do on concrete?

Great job, like the pins in the floor.

    Right click, save.

Wow! I really like your JEEP. The cage is exactly what I'm doing to my next one. In fact overall, that is pretty much exactly what I'm trying to do to my '63, except I think I'm going to go President Red. Is that original paint? Hang on to that one!

    Thanks guys.

As far as I can tell, it's the original paint.

The cage has worked out well except for one thing - after I put the rear seat/toolbox in and sat in it, the back bar turned out to be a head banger for adults - small kids are no problem. I may redo the cage just a bit, but nothing major.

Nice Job,but isn't that a huge bump when you drive off the front of the rear ramps on the way to the front ones? or am I missing how you get up there?:?

Pull pins on back move ramps, line Jeep up to front, replace rear ramps and pins, drive up the ramps.

nice. I made a set of low ramps for my porsche there great because the 911 isnt easy to jack up and the ramps eliminate that most of the time. I have a set of 1/4" steel truck ramps i hate because there so heavy i never use them and would love to sell for cheap but no one wants em. Great idea with the pins but id be wary of the concrete blowing out eventually

:iagree: (4 WD low helps)

    jeep2003:
No problem with the concrete blowing out - 6" deep min., 3/8' rebar on 12" centers. ;)
