Ok I found the drawing of the bushing I can make for the lower, but what about the top right under the steering wheel. Is there a replacement for this or should I make a bushing for this one too?

The top is a servicable bearing. To remove it has a snap ring on top you can remove w/ a small screwdriver. Be ready to catch the balls cause it'll be dry and they will take off on you. Then just clean and reinstall w/ plenty of grease to hold them in place.
The bushing on the bottom is available from Advanced Adapters (prob cheaper than having it machined).https://eshop.advanceadapters.com/c...-steering-column-bushing-28-716810-716810.htm:v6:
It says pre '72 but I measured and compared w/ another intermediate thread a while back and it's the same.

The Advanced Adapters link posted says it's for 72 and earlier....will it work on a 75?

the bushing in my 73 looks nothing like the AA, so i say no it wont work. But you can sand down/drill a PVC plumbing fitting to fit.

I got my top bearings from Walcks. It is the same bearing for all early jeeps. I first regreased mine, but recently got a new bearing just because there was too much slop after all the years of running it dry. Night and day differnce :)
