Looking for rear bumper/tire carrier designs.

I searched and searched and can not find much at all...

I am planning on building a bumper with recovery points and a reciever while attatching a tire carrier. I have a few ideas brewing and wanted to see what you guys have done. I remember quite a few I have seen on here but can not find them again....
