guys without a doubt this question has come up before but I've had no luck searching. I've just installed my engine but now wonder if I installed the clutch with the correct side towards the flywheel. Would someone be so kind as to email me a picture of the correct installation to gordonclanhelmets@roadrunner.com Any help would be greatly appreciated. the pictures in the manuals are no help at all. Thanks Fred

    jpflat2a what's that noise?

    from the Jeep FSM
typically, a sticker may be attached to the disc, indiacting direction from the mfr.

that's fine if it's new. I'm replacing the one that was already installed but it's a time since removal and it's not got a tag or stamped into it. Does the flush side go towards the flywheel and the section that sticks out some towards the rear???

Did this last week. My disk could not be fitted the other way around, it just won't fit, there's not enough space on the flywheel.
Flat side to the flywheel, green springs are to the rear off the vehicle....
