    Strider380 Can I have a zip tie?

i broke the plastic oil pressure line off my engine the other day when i was slamming on the starter trying to get it to work again. to get out of the woods, i just plugged the fitting with some jb stick weld so oil wasn't squirting everywhere. wasn't thinking this would permanetly attach the fitting to my engine. yea yea, i know.:beer::beer: unless i get extremly lucky with a pair of vise grips, i was wondering if there is anywhere else on the engine i could run an oil pressure line...or should I get out the tap, and start drilling?

JB weld is kind of brittle, should be able to chip it off. If not it will melt with a torch. Try a brazing tip on an oxy/acet.

Chip off as much as you can, heat and wipe with a rag, qtip what ever works. Did you take sender out and use the jb? Or just pack it over sender?
