Ok guys. Had a great trip out to the so-cal desert last week. Cool temperatures kept the jeep running well, but the radiator DEFINITELY needs to go. I got to looking at it closer. The PO put a nice aluminum radiator in it, with a good electric fan, but the radiator is only ONE row, 1" wide. I believe there is just not enough capacity in there to keep the chevy 350 cool enough when the weather warms up. I'm pretty certain I'm gonna just go down and drop for a new OEM style HD radiator that is made for the V8. I've poked around and it appears they are a couple hundred bucks. This past week was the first time I've really been out in the jeep since I converted to TBI, put the Terra Low gear set in the D20 xfer case, all new borgeson steering linkage, locker in the back and all new brakes. It's like a different jeep...works REALLY well! Looking forward to getting the cooling issues under control.

Thanks to all who chimed in on this thread!
