Done some searching haven't found a good answer.

Seems like the general concensus is to just use a Champion plug, but I'm guessing that is on a stock engine. Does anyone know what the best plug would be for a HEI fuel injected engine???

I'm open to any advice/suggestions or what you run,

I prefer delco myself. just make sure it's the correct one for your application.

Whatever the stock plug for the engine is. If you are also running a HEI then you need to increase the gap size.

Right now I am running .50 gap or whatever the correct gap is for that. On Quadratec they have an E3 spark plug. They look kind of cool. I know, coolness doesn't equal good. Expensive too...

No one listed a delco plug for my 225 anymore R44sx is what was in it when I got it anyway. I used Bosch Super Plus and am very happy with them so far. I could not justify the platinum plugs.

FWIW I always used Bosch in my 2.5 and 4.0L engines, really liked them. Normally I use AC though.

Delco, bosch or ngk. Champions are hit and miss. Some last almost forever and some die within 2 miles out of the box. When you only have 4 cyl and you loose 2 champions they almost won't makeit back home.
