I ended up not using one on my yj leaf conversion. Stable enough without it.

A company named ADDCO makes one that fits 72-78 CJ5's.

I have saw it on other sites also, may be cheaper don't know. The picture shows only a sway bar, but the instructions pdf file that is on that page show drilling into components to attach it, so I think it's the real deal whole kit.

    Hope this helps.

Here's the description from the page:
Tame those turns with Addco anti-sway bar kits.
Reduce body roll, understeer, and generally sloppy handling with one of these Addco anti-sway bar kits. The bar is made from high-carbon steel and is hardened and stress-relieved to give your suspension superior support during sudden or sharp turns. Other features include 12-gauge zinc chromate plated brackets with fully enclosed bushings and heat-treated endlink bolts for added strength.

I did the Addco front & rears on my 75.

The rear was bolt in (although i had to break a u-bolt to put the adapter on)

the front showed up as pretty much just a bar...
... and to put it in any logical position, the brackets couldn't really be "bolted" in.
I welded in mount plates on the frame with 8.8 studs, and then attached the bar that way.
Had to swap in 76+ spring plates, and buy a set of JKS disconnects.

CJ handles like a ferrari now :)

I'll post pics of the install if anyone cares.

You would not have to go with YJ springs, the newer cj5 had sway bars. Which that sway bar is the same as the CJ7. I have a 73 cj5. I bought my sway bar from a cj7 on ebay. Just have not installed it yet. I was going to use turn buckles as the disconnects.
