What is the general concensus regarding installing a dropped pitman arm or moving my tie rods with a high steer conversion? I need to drop about 2" and a 2" drop pitman are seem to hard to find.

Power or manual steer gear box. The output size of the shaft is different. Skyjacker sells one for the manual box for that range with 2" drop. Got one if you need one.

It almost doesn't matter how you do it, the important thing is to get the pitman arm as close to parallel to the tie-rod as you can. Just stay away from welded and/or re-bent components and you'll be OK.

Sorry, it has GM power steering off a mid 70's pontiac.
