4.2 to 4.0 with MPI

    Need a little help here.
    I have a 77 4.2, just removed the head, bought a machined 4.0 head (95) and also picked up the MPI set up from a 95 (computer, wire harness, intake, exhaust) my question is which vibration dampner would I use? I know my original pulleys are Vbelt but do I use a 4.2 dampner or a 4.0 dampner? If anyone has any advise I would really appreciate it.

    I'd use the original damper. The AMC inline 6s are internally balanced, so the damper is not displacement-specific. Whichever damper fits will be fine.
