power steering and a snow plow

    I want to put power steering in my 68 CJ V6 that already has a hydrulic pump for the snow plow mounted on the front of the engine. Has anyone ever used a power steering pump to also run a hydrulic plow piston or visa vers?

    I have used a power steering pump to power a snowplow on a jeep and also on a 4x4 pickup, works fine. :coffee:

    I have a 52 m38 with a chevy 283. Installed in the 70's and ran the plow with the power steering pump for 25 years with no problem.
