I need a new manifold so I tried to remove the bolts without them snapping off
Murphys law was correct that all came off without a problem except the top cemter bolt
It snaped and left about a half inch sticking out from the engine block
What the best way to revome it?
I tried a vise grip on the bolt but no movement
Can I buy a portable hand held butane torche and heat the engine block then try to twist the bold out?
I really dont want to drill it out if I dont have to

You might want to soak it with PB Blaster and try again with the vice grips or try an easy out if that doesn't work.

:iagree: on PB blaster, let sit a couple of hours and hit again. You can try a torch, heat it up good, then soak with PB blaster again, (watch you don't start a fire.) Heat does wounderful things to froz. bolts. See ya sunday if all goes well.

If you can arc-weld a nut to the remaining bolt and spray PB as it is cooling it should just come out.
