It's been an on-going project for about a month or so. Rebuilt the T-14 & D18. They were the only parts left I hadn't been through with my own hands. Got it just in time too.

The t-case got all new bearings, seals and shaft from Novak (nice stuff). Also replaced a bent front output shaft. While I was at it I got a new OD from Herm to bolt on.

The trans had been gone through by a PO. Synchros and gears in good shape. Just that cheap bearing that let go. So it got all new bearings and seals. Had to replace the one gear that has the bronze bushing. Can't get just the bushing.

The drive shafts have new u-joints. Since all this stuff was out it just made sense to replace the clutch, pressure plate, TO bearing and such. Reworked the flywheel. I'd gone that far so I replaced the rear main too.

After a pre-assemble I decided I'd had enough of my sloppy twin-stick that I'd built a few years ago (first pic). So I spent the time to come up with a better design (2nd & 3rd pics). Works great, firm and tight.

It's been a few years since I bench pressed a tranmission. Not like it used to be.
