As expected, my pulleys don't line up, p/s pump to crankshaft. I have a Saginaw pump and a single groove pressed on pulley. The bracket is a Buick style (I believe eighties Skylark). When bolts are tight I am half a belt width from being in alignment. As it sits I need to push the pulley on more, but it is bottomed out on the pump, and the bracket is flush with the head. I guess my question is are there p/s pump pulleys that have offsets? I guess I could shim the crank pulleys out but then alt and water pump would be an issue. The attached pictures show my installation. Anyone with help would be great!

looks like you need to shim the pump, and bracket out.

X2. Could you drive the pump with that rearmost pulley on the crank? The PS bracket should have adjustment in it for belt tension, that would give you one belt for the pS and another for the water pump and alternator...

The picture shows the opposite issue (angle of the shot). The pump is as far back as it will go, I would have to shave the head, or thin out the bracket to align the pulleys (not an option). My plan was to drive it off the rear most crank pulley, I guess I could use another of the pulleys on the crank (there are three), but I have to reposition the alt/water pump pulley. Also with the saginaw upgrade the steering box interferes with the belt if I choose another of the crank pulleys (this would be a reengineer of the bracket:(). Boy an offset pulley a 1/4 of inch to the rear would solve my problem!

is the pully pressed on or have a nut that holds it on? either way sounds like you need to take your pully to the junkyard and find what you need,if it is a press fit you may be able to press it on a little farther but i doubt you will get a 1/4 inch

It's a pressed on pulley, and I have it on as far as it will go (I squeesed it yesterday as much as I could with the installer!). It seems the GM saginaw pump pulleys are all the same, I guess a trip to the wrecking yard is in order and see what's out there.

I found an offset pulley that presses on and allows alignment of back pulley on crank. The pulley is off a 1978 Chevy Van.
