This weekend I and 3 friends are going to do a bunch of work on the jeep. It's getting a rebuilt 304, T-18 tranny, rebuilt d-20 T-case and hopefully a way to get started on power steering and power brakes. I'm getting kinda of excited about getting it done since the jeep has been garaged for about 4 months. I was originally going to swap in a ford NP435 tranny, but after considering the cost of rebuilding the transmission and the cost of adapting it to the Dana 20, we decided to go with a Ford T-18 tranny from RMH enterprises. I hated to give up the 6.68 1st gear ratio for the 6.32 gear ratio, but it should fit better and the whole tranny and adapter package was a lot cheaper than trying to adapt in the NP435. Just had to ramble on a little bit about my project. I'll post a note next week and let you all know how it went. Doc
