Signal Flare turn signal wiring

Hey there all. I just bought a turn signal controller at a swap meet so I can finally add turn signals to my M38A1. I believe the make is SignalFlare and the model is Signal-Stat 900.
I'm wondering if anyone out there can tell me which wires go to what. They all seem to be original wires as there are no signs of splices or replacements and the controller looks almost new. I could probably hook up a battery and test light to figure stuff out but was hoping all you gurus could make it a bit easier for me. Thanks!
