Newbe '75 304

OK, this is the year to get her back on the road. I have a 1975 cj5 304 only 70k miles. Bought it when i was 16, dove until college. It has been sitting since 1993. First on my list is the carb. Has stock 2 barrel, float seems stuck from the smell and puddle of gas last time i ripped out a juniper with the winch. Winch needs help now too . Exhaust has rusted out, Windsheld is cracked, brakes are stock and in terrible shape, I don't enjoy spinning around one tire. What is reccomended for Carbs, exhaust ( I will look into the disk conversion), and window replacement. I am in the Denver area. Any ideas would be great. I only have 15 years to enjoy my jeep before my son can drive it! Pictures soon.
