    Got the samurai paitned agian tonight. Boy it looks so much more better. I am very happy with the way it came out. It is tractor paint from Tractor supply. Massy Ferguson Grey. This is the first coat, i still have more to go, i have a gallon to go through :)

    that does look better than before. temps me to paint my cj the same color.

    It isnt a bad color for a jeep. It was either transport yellow or grey for the jeep but the yellow won out :)

    Dan, that looks waay better. But.... a gallon for a sammi you'll be able to measure the paint thickness with a rulerR) R) Save some for trail rash

    I am just using the cheapie harbor frieght HVLP gun. I think it was like $30. it comes in a kit. But if you are lookngi for a gun, do get the stainless steel hopper. I got the plastic one and hate it. other than that, not much else. plenty of tape and newspaper :)

    Naw, gonna keep them black, But i was pondering paintign them grey to match the tub. I still may do it, and if i hate it is always easy to paint them black again :) but red might be good for it :)

    Here are some more pics. I put the doors on and sprayed them too. So it is all comnig together. i will let it dry and do another coat tomorrow night. i went around and brushed off the stuck on bugs with my hand and they all came off easy so i am not so worried about them ruining the finish. i have a little bit of orange peel, but nothing that i can't sand down :)

    Boy that looks almost Olive in those pics.

    Here's the best I could do - those black wheels make it harder to select them vs. the tires.
